          In this yoga-based meditation, you imagine you are holding a cup or a mug in both hands. The cup is full of kindness. You notice how the cup feels in your hands. After some breathing and movement you return to the cup of kindness. Notice what kindness feels like. Inhale, reach out into kindness. Exhale, bring kindness to whatever parts of you need kindness. Pause to feel. Later you spread kindness to the world in general or to a situation or person who needs kindness.
